As\u00ed como prestar el apoyo al resto de las direcciones, unidades u oficinas para el mejor desempe\u00f1o y cumplimiento de sus funciones.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Visi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Constituirse en una Direcci\u00f3n con capacidad funcional para llevar, los procedimientos administrativos, formulaci\u00f3n de multas, reparos y la determinaci\u00f3n de responsabilidades administrativas conforme a los lineamientos rectores de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, a fin de fortalecer la funci\u00f3n contralora, promoviendo una correcta y transparente Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Estadal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Objetivo General.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Realizar las actuaciones que sean necesarias a objeto de verificar la ocurrencia de actos, hechos u omisiones contrarios a una disposici\u00f3n legal o sub-legal, a los efectos de aplicar las sanciones que pudieran derivar del procedimiento para la Determinaci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad Administrativa, imposici\u00f3n de multas y reparos de acuerdo a la ley Org\u00e1nica de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica y del Sistema Nacional de Control Fiscal y su Reglamento.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Abg.
